🕊️ A witness to Christ, a companion in mission and a storyteller of the Gospel.

Today we celebrate the feast of St Luke the Evangelist, physician, missionary and author of one of the four Gospels and the Acts of the Apostles.

St Luke reminds us of God’s special love for the poor, the marginalised, the suffering and those who are often overlooked. Through his Gospel, we encounter the mercy and compassion of Christ and are invited to share that same love with others.

As we celebrate St Luke, may we be inspired to listen more deeply to God’s Word, to bring healing and hope to those around us and to proclaim the Good News through both our words and our lives.

🙏 St Luke, pray for us, that we may be faithful witnesses to Christ and instruments of His healing and mercy.

NPCAT Super Cup Y11

A fantastic day of football at last week’s NPCAT Super Cup, bringing students together from across the Trust to compete, represent their schools and showcase their talent.

Led by T6 Football Academy, current National Champions, the competition celebrated the strength of football across NPCAT.

Congratulations to Trinity Catholic College, winners of the 2026 NPCAT Super Cup.

❤️ A life devoted to Christ, lived with humility, compassion and trust in God.

Today we celebrate the feast of St Gerard Majella, a Redemptorist brother remembered for his deep faith, generous service and tender care for those most in need.

St Gerard placed his whole life in God’s hands, trusting in His providence and responding with love to those around him. His example reminds us that holiness is found not only in great deeds, but in the simple offering of ourselves to God each day.

May St Gerard inspire us to grow in faith, to care for one another with compassion and to trust God even when the path ahead is uncertain.

Today we celebrate the feast of St Edward the Confessor, King of England and a faithful servant of Christ.

Remembered for his devotion to God, his love of prayer and his concern for the Church and those entrusted to his care, St Edward reminds us that true leadership is found in humility, faithfulness and service.

May his example encourage us to place Christ at the centre of our lives, to seek holiness in all that we do and to serve others with gentle and generous hearts.
